Article X. Public Works Apprentice Program
Section 07.06.790 Data Collection and Reporting
The City Administrator or designee shall collect, maintain, and report at least annually to the City Council’s Finance and Administration Committee, the following data:
- The name of each apprentice and apprentice registration number employed under the requirements of this Article X during the preceding year;
- The name of each project to which this Article X applied during the preceding year;
- The dollar value of each project subject to this Article X during the preceding year;
- The date of the contractor's notice to proceed;
- The number of apprentices and labor hours worked by them, categorized by trade or craft;
- The number of journey level workers and labor hours worked by them, categorized by trade or craft; and
- The number, type, and rationale for the exceptions granted under SMC 07.06.730.
