Section 07.08.108 Pension Contributions Fund
- There is established a special revenue fund to be known as the “pension contributions fund” to be used as a fund for the receipt of moneys designated by the state of Washington pursuant to RCW 41.16.050 and RCW 41.20.130 for taxes, fees, and other moneys dedicated for police and firefighter pensions. Amounts collected will be expended for pension contributions and transferred to the firemen’s pension fund and the police relief and pension fund.
- Moneys deposited into this fund may be accumulated or expended and shall be appropriated into the regular City budget.
