Article II. Special Revenue Funds
Section 07.08.116 Hotel/Motel Lodging Tax Fund
- Under the authority of RCW 67.28.180 and 67.28.181, there is established a special revenue fund to be known as the “hotel/motel tax fund” into which shall be placed all moneys received from the transient accommodations tax levied by SMC 8.08.010.
- Moneys deposited into this fund may be accumulated or expended and shall be appropriated in the regular City budget.
