Section 07.08.119 Channel Five Equipment Reserve Fund
- There is established a special revenue fund to be known as the “channel five equipment reserve fund”.
- This fund will be used to purchase various items of equipment to be used for a number of City cable programs including, but not limited to:
- Terminal and portable governmental equipment.
- Educational equipment.
- Video arraignment equipment; and
- Fixed and field government production equipment.
