Section 07.08.122 Intermodal Facility Operations Fund
- There is created a special revenue fund to be known as the “intermodal facility operations fund” into which all funds received by the City from rents and operations will be deposited.
- Moneys in this fund shall be used exclusively for the payment of maintenance and operations costs of the intermodal facility.
