Section 07.08.138 Trial Court Improvement Fund
- There is established a special revenue fund to be known as the “trial court improvement fund.”
- The city treasurer shall make a quarterly deposit of funds to the trial court improvement fund in an amount equal to that received quarterly from the state for the judges of the municipal court.
- Moneys in the fund shall only be used to fund improvements to the municipal court’s staffing, programs, facilities or services, as appropriated from time to time by the city council.
- Interest earned on funds in the trial court improvement fund shall accrue to the fund.
