Section 07.08.146 Emergency Shelter Fund
- There is created in the City treasury a special revenue fund known as the “emergency shelter fund”, into which are deposited all money received by the City from the United States department of housing and urban development under the Emergency Shelter Grant Program.
- Money in this fund is disbursed under approved agreements in accordance with federal program regulations.
