Section 07.08.149 Domestic Violence Prevention Fund
There is established a special revenue fund to be known as the “Domestic Violence Prevention Fund” into which shall be deposited funds generated from the penalty assessments issued pursuant to RCW 10.99.080, as well as other available funds. The fund will be used consistent with the provisions of RCW 10.99.080 (2), which includes establishing and funding domestic violence advocacy and domestic violence prevention and prosecution programs.
