Article II. Special Revenue Funds
Section 07.08.155 HEART Fund
- There is established a special revenue fund to be known as the “HEART Fund” into which shall be deposited funds generated from the 0.1.% local sales and use tax for affordable housing and supportive services codified in Chapter 8.07C SMC.
- The funds shall be used consistent with the provisions of Chapter 8.07C SMC and RCW 82.14.530.
