Section 07.08.308 Intermodal Facility Fund
- There is established a capital projects fund to be known as the “intermodal facility fund” into which shall be deposited all moneys appropriated and contributed from various public and private agencies to the development of the old Burlington Northern Railroad station into an intermodal transportation facility.
- The fund is to be used for planning, design and construction of the intermodal facility.
