Section 07.08.409 Solid Waste Disposal Construction Fund
There is created a “solid waste disposal construction fund” to be used for the purposes specified in Ordinance C27797, passed December 17, 1984, providing for the acquisition, construction and installation of a Spokane regional solid waste disposal facility.
