Section 07.08.603 Police Relief and Pension Fund
There is created in the City, subject to the provisions of chapter 41.20 RCW, a “police relief and pension fund”. This fund is used to meet the obligations of chapter 41.20 RCW in accordance with RCW 41.26.040.
