Article VII. Fiduciary Funds
Section 07.08.619 Library Expendable Trust Fund
- There is established a fiduciary fund, the “library expendable trust fund”, to account for such donations to the Spokane public library as are not required to be held in the nonexpendable trust fund (SMC 7.08.900).
- The accounts within the library expendable trust fund, including the corpus of the trust, will be disbursed according to the terms and conditions of the respective source trusts.
