Section 08.01.120 Registration – Application
- The application for a general business license shall be made on forms set forth by the Washington State Department of Revenue through the Business License Service.
- Applicants engaging in businesses requiring an annual regulatory business license shall provide any additional information as required under its respective SMC chapter to the City of Spokane Taxes and Licenses Office.
