Section 08.01.220 Temporary General Business License – Itinerant Vendor Permit
- Temporary general business licenses available for a period of ninety days or less shall be issued by the City of Spokane Taxes and Licenses Office.
- All “itinerant vendor” permits per SMC 10.40.010, shall be issued by the City of Spokane Taxes and Licenses Office. An “itinerant vendor” permit must be obtained in addition to a general business license (temporary or regular) per SMC 10.40.010.
- A school group conducting occasional sales from a temporary location when the proceeds from such sales are used for school-related activities are exempt from obtaining an itinerant vendor permit.
