Section 08.01.220 Temporary Business Registration – Itinerant Vendor Permit
- Temporary business registrations available for a period of ninety days or less shall be issued by the City of Spokane taxes and licenses division.
- All “itinerant vendor” permits per SMC 10.40.010, shall be issued by the City of Spokane taxes and licenses division. An “itinerant vendor” permit must be obtained in addition to a business registration (temporary or regular) per SMC 10.40.010.
