Section 08.01.250 Rules and Rulings
- The City may, from time to time, adopt, publish and enforce rules and regulations not inconsistent with this chapter or with superior law. The purpose of such rules and regulations is to carry out the provisions of this chapter, and it shall be unlawful to fail to comply with any such rule or regulation. Any Public Rule shall be adopted pursuant to Chapter 03.14 of the Spokane Municipal Code.
- The City, through the chief financial officer, may issue letter rulings from time to time which are applicable only to specific businesses. Such administrative rulings shall be binding on the City and the taxpayer.
