Article II. Business and Occupation Licenses and Permits

Section 08.02.0204 Building Contractors and Workers

1. Fees are provided in the Development Fee Schedule.

2. Expiration of Licenses and Renewal.

Any license that has not been paid before its expiration date is void.

1. 1. A void license may be renewed at any time up to nine months past the expiration date.

1. 2. After being void for nine months, the license may not be renewed: The test for the license must be taken and passed and a new license obtained.
