Section 08.02.0235 Parklets and Streateries
- Application, review, and annual license fees are provided in the Development Fee Schedule.
- Parking meter revenue loss mitigation fees are also provided in the Development Fee Schedule.
- In addition to the annual fee, the city shall collect from the license applicant and remit to the state department of revenue the required state leasehold excise tax, as prescribed in chapter 82.29A, RCW.
