Section 08.02.073 Water Rates
- Rates for water usage are as established from time to time by resolution. Such resolution is published in the Official Gazette.
- Meters meeting the specifications of the director of water and hydroelectric services may be purchased by the customer or furnished by the City and charged to the customer at cost.
- Special connection charges are provided in chapter 13.08 SMC.
