Chapter 08.03 Admissions Tax
Section 08.03.120 Rulemaking
The City may adopt and promulgate rules to implement and enforce this chapter, which rules shall not be in conflict with this chapter; provided, however, that any Public Rule enacted in accordance with this section shall be adopted pursuant to Chapter 03.14 of the Spokane Municipal Code.
