Section 08.04.100 Furnishing of Returns
The chief financial officer is directed to timely furnish to all persons having paid the tax imposed by this chapter or having filed a declaration of intent under SMC 8.04.090 forms for returns. The failure to receive such forms does not excuse any person from full compliance with this chapter.
