Section 08.10.160 Finance, Treasury and Administration Director to Make Rules
The division director of finance, treasury and administration has the power from time to time to adopt and publish in the Official Gazette of the City of Spokane rules and regulations not inconsistent with this chapter or applicable law for the purpose of carrying out the provisions hereof. Such rules become effective twenty days after the date of publication in the Official Gazette and it shall be thereafter unlawful to violate or fail to comply with any such rule.
