Chapter 08.10 Utilities, Franchise Taxes
Section 08.10.200 Violation – Penalty
Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, except for those violations designated as civil infractions, or any lawful rule or regulation of the division director of finance, treasury and administration adopted pursuant to this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
