Section 08.17.020 Tax Levied
Under the authority of RCW 39.104.100 and RCW 82.14.510, there is levied a sales and use tax, which shall be credited against the state taxes imposed under RCW 82.08.020(1) and RCW 82.12.020 at the rate provide in RCW 82.08.020(1).
