Chapter 08.17 Local Revitalization Financing Sales and Use Tax
Section 08.17.050 Expiration
The local revitalization financing tax shall expire the earlier of the date that the bonds issued under the authority of RCW 39.104.110 are retired or twenty-five years after the tax is first imposed.
