Chapter 08.21 Affordable Housing Permit Fee Deferrals Program
Section 08.21.080 Program Administration
- The Development Services Center may, through administrative policies and procedures, place a limit on the total number and amount of fee deferrals to be outstanding at any one time.
- An administrative fee may be applied and added to the repayment of the deferred fees.
- Any administrative fee shall be due at the time of repayment by the owner or developer.
- Administrative fees shall be used to support the administration of the program.
- The Development Services Center may establish project evaluation criteria, policies, and procedures consistent with this chapter and any provisions for public rules in the Spokane Municipal Code.
