Chapter 10.23A Amusement Facilities
Section 10.23A.020 License Required
- No person may conduct or maintain an entertainment or amusement facility without first obtaining an entertainment facility license.
- The entertainment facility license is a class IIA license as provided in chapter 4.04 SMC.
- Anyone conducting or operating a business, event, or venue where concerts, dances, carnivals, or circuses are presented to the public as a regular course of doing business shall have a license or permit issued under this chapter, unless otherwise exempted by this chapter.
