Chapter 10.36 Gas Transmission and Distribution
Section 10.36.050 Insurance Required
Unless otherwise approved by the risk manager, a gas franchisee must maintain general liability insurance on the occurrence form with bodily injury and property damage limits of at least one million dollars combined single limit per occurrence and two million dollars general and products/ completed operations aggregate and naming the City as additional insured.
