Chapter 10.38 Mechanical Newspaper Dispensers
Section 10.38.030 Limitations on Location
The director does not issue a license for a location which:
- would be the fourth location on one side of the street in any one block;
- does not employ a suitable metal pole or standard, unless in a residential area where there are no metal standards;
- would interfere with traffic, particularly at crosswalks, bus stops or other special parking areas; or
- is within ten feet of a fire hydrant.
