Chapter 10.39 Special Events
Section 10.39.055 Violation
- If a person engages in activities defined in SMC 10.39.010 without a current special event permit issued by the issuing authority they are subject to a penalty.
- A violation of this chapter is a class 1 civil infraction. Each day upon which a violation occurs or is knowingly continued constitutes a separate violation.
- Special Event Permit holders must comply with all state and local laws.
