Chapter 10.40 Itinerant Vendors

Section 10.40.030 Application

1. Persons within the definition of SMC 10.40.010 must further truthfully disclose on their business registration application the following information:

1. 1. Applicant’s permanent address.

1. 2. Address of his principal(s) and supplier(s).

1. 3. Address of the fixed location within the City of Spokane, if any, from which the activity is to be conducted.

1. 4. Nature and type of goods or services to be sold and that the applicant has all necessary licenses, registrations, or permits from owners of copyright, trademark or other such lawful interests in the goods or materials to be sold; and

1. 5. Applicant has not violated the City license code, registration code, or the copyright or trademark laws of the United States or had his application for a City license or registration denied within the past twelve months.

2. The license officer may require proper documentation of the application as he deems necessary prior to issuing the license or as a condition of not revoking or suspending the license after issuance.

3. All applications shall be filed at least three business days before issuance.
