Chapter 10.41A Special Police Officers
Section 10.41A.050 Application
The applicant is required to set forth in the application:
- the name and address of the applicant;
- the address or other description of the location(s) where the subject will be employed;
- the full name, date of birth and address of the subject;
- all facts known to the applicant regarding the subject’s qualifications under SMC 10.41A.060;
- the reason why the applicant believes the subject should be commissioned; and
- a description of the proposed responsibilities and functions of the subject and of the subject’s present scope of employment.
