Section 10.45.070 Prohibited Acts: Penalty
- It is a violation of this chapter to conduct four (4) or more yard sales as defined in this chapter in a calendar year or to conduct a yard sale at a single location for longer than three (3) days.
- A violation of this section is a civil infraction.
