Chapter 10.47 Emergency Medical Transport
Section 10.47.150 Penalties
- Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by:
-
- imprisonment in the City/County jail for a maximum term fixed by the court of not more than ninety days, or
-
- by a fine in an amount fixed by the court of not more than one thousand dollars, or
-
- both such imprisonment and fine.
- Each day that a violation is permitted to exist constitutes a separate offense.
