Section 10.48.260 Alarm Appeals Officer Selection – Qualification and Removal
- The alarm appeals officer(s) shall be appointed by the chief of police.
- The alarms appeals officer(s) shall be appointed solely with regard to their qualifications for the duties of the office and will have such training and experience as will qualify them to conduct administrative or quasi-judicial hearings on regulatory enactments and to discharge any other conferred functions.
- The alarm appeals officer(s) may be removed from office by the chief of police.
