Section 10.48.280 Organization – Rules
- The alarm appeal officer(s) shall be empowered to adopt rules for the scheduling and conduct of hearings and other procedural matters related to the duties of his office.

- Such rules may provide for cross examination of witnesses.

- Further, such rules shall provide for recording of the proceedings and for compliance with the state, federal and City laws which may govern such a proceeding.
- In rendering a decision, the alarm appeals officer(s) is hereby authorized to take judicial notice of all duly-adopted rules, ordinances, standards, plans, regulations and policies of the City of Spokane and other public agencies.
