Chapter 10.51 Mobile Food Vendors
Section 10.51.120 Requirements Not Cumulative
The requirements of SMC 17G.010.210, obstruction of streets, and obstruction of sidewalks, shall not apply to a mobile food vendors validly licensed under this chapter, except as herein provided.
