Chapter 10.51 Mobile Food Vendors
Section 10.51.130 Violation
- This chapter is subject to the administrative provisions of chapter 08.01 SMC. In the event of an appeal, the hearing officer shall be the City of Spokane hearing examiner.
- Mobile food vendors must comply with all state and local laws.
- A violation of this chapter is a class 1 civil infraction. Each day upon which a violation occurs or is permitted to continue constitutes a separate violation.
