Chapter 10.52 Short Term Rentals
Section 10.52.030 Violation
- This chapter is subject to the administrative provisions of chapter 08.01 SMC. In the event of an appeal, the hearing officer shall be the City of Spokane hearing examiner.
- Short-term rental owners and operators must comply with all state and local laws.
- A violation of this chapter is a class 2 civil infraction. Each day upon which a violation occurs or is permitted to continue constitutes a separate violation.
