Section 10.56.070 Penalties
- Any violation of this chapter is a civil infraction.
- Each broadcast or download of footage that includes persons who have not executed a valid consent is a separate violation subject to a separate penalty.
- Nothing in this law pre-empts or otherwise waives any additional claims for damage for invasion of privacy or other violations of civil or statutory law.
