Section 12.03.0112 Disabled Aircraft – Notice
It shall be the responsibility of the aircraft owner, pilot in charge, authorized agents, or representatives to immediately notify the airport manager of any disabled aircraft on the airport in order that arrangements can be made for the removal of such aircraft and parts thereof to a designated area unless delay for such action is necessary from an official investigation standpoint.
