Section 12.03.0116 Motor Vehicle Parking
- Motor vehicles shall not be moved or driven upon runways, taxiways, aircraft aprons, or airside areas designated by the airport director without permission of the airport director. Those motor vehicles moved or driven upon these areas shall display a flashing yellow light of a design approved by the airport director.
- No person may park a motor vehicle on the airport property except in areas designated for that purpose and in accordance with all restrictions and regulations as may be imposed by the airport board or airport director. Vehicles parked in undesignated areas, or in violation of other posted restrictions, or otherwise in violation of the traffic code are subject to removal and impoundment by the airport management and to the other enforcement provisions of Article VI of this chapter.
