Article II. Litter – Spokane International Airport
Section 12.03.0304 Penalty
Any person who violates the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars or by imprisonment in the county or City jail for a term not exceeding ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
