Section 12.03.0412 Term – Renewal
- A permit required by SMC 12.03.0402(A) shall be effective for a period of seven days after being issued and shall be automatically renewed by filing with the airport’s director, prior to the expiration of the permit, a notice that the permittee intends to continue his or her activity together with any amendments necessary to keep the information required by SMC 12.03.0404(A) current and accurate.
- A permit shall not be renewed if the notice and information herein required are not timely filed or if the continued presence of the permittee cannot be accommodated under the apportionment of space required by SMC 12.03.0434.
