Section 12.03.0414 Areas of Permit Exercise
- In order to not unduly interfere with the orderly flow of the general public, the activities herein referred to shall be carried out only on the sidewalk on the north side of the terminal building or within the rotunda portion of the terminal building outlined in red on Exhibit A, attached to the original adopting City ordinance and county resolution on file with the airport director.
- In order to avoid the blocking of traffic, if more than one permittee is present, they shall not conduct their activities on the sidewalk closer to each other than fifteen feet and shall not conduct such activities within five feet from any entrance or exit door to or from the terminal building.
- If permittees cannot agree upon the area of their activities on the sidewalk, the airport’s director shall determine the matter, giving preference to the permittee having the earliest permit.
