Section 12.03.0422 Consent of Public
The Spokane airport board, the airport’s director, their agents and employees, shall not unnecessarily interfere with any consensual conversation between permittees and members of the general public. Permittees shall forthwith terminate any conversation with any member of the general public when requested to do so by the addressee.
