Article III. Solicitation Activities
Section 12.03.0428 No Misrepresentations
No permittee, while engaging in solicitation of funds, shall misrepresent the true purposes for which the resources thus obtained will be utilized by the individual or by the group or organization which he represents. In the solicitation of funds, the permittee shall inform the person being solicited of the true name of the organization for which said funds are solicited. No false, fraudulent, or misleading statements or representations shall be made.
