Section 12.03.0500 Findings
The enacting legislative bodies find:
- because of the special nature of the Spokane International Airport and Felts Field and the necessity to provide for the free flow of traffic to and from the airport and provide for the orderly flow of ground transportation and regulating other activities on the airport, special rules and regulations are necessary for the orderly operation of the airport and its surrounding facilities.
- the use of the airport, or any of its facilities, in any manner, shall create an obligation on the part of the user to obey the rules and regulations herein prescribed.
