Article V. Impoundment of Motor Vehicles
Section 12.03.0614 Towing Services – List – Storage
- Towing services may be deleted from the list for failure promptly to remove vehicles when called and/or comply with other reasonable equipment and trained personnel requirements.
- Vehicles so removed may be placed in a commercial storage garage or in the public parking lot of the airport and may be restored to the owner upon satisfactory proof of ownership and payment of appropriate towing and storage charges as determined by the Spokane airport board. Said tow truck operators will be required to accept major credit cards or checks, if the holder has a major credit card for identification.
