Section 12.03.0650 Contract for Administration and Enforcement
- The Spokane airport board is authorized to contract with either the City or the County of Spokane for the administration and enforcement of this article upon terms and conditions as may be determined by the Spokane airport board and the entity of government selected by the Spokane airport board.
- Any present or future administrative procedures and enforcement remedies applicable to the entity of government selected by the Spokane airport board to administer and enforce this chapter shall also apply to violation of this article.
